All content and products of our website are protected by United States copyright laws.
Under no condition may any product or product design on this website be reproduced or sold by anyone other than us in any form.

PRIVACY

We respect all information given to us by our customers as private and confidential information that will never be shared with any outside partners or individual.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
This sensitive information we collect when fulfilling any order include the customer's full name, phone number, email address, credit or debit card information and physical address. The customer gives consent to collect such personal information and claim ownership of that information when purchasing any products from our website. We use this information to verify and process orders as well as collect payment for our services and products. Our credit card processing system will be the only one to see any card numbers or other pertinent information, we as a company do not see your credit card information. We use this information to contact and/or respond to our customers regarding any sales requests or support. For the majority of the time, if we at SKETCHY ARTISAN need to contact you, we will do so through your email. We will only ever use your phone number as a last resort after not hearing back through said email. All this information except for form of payment information and physical address is collected when you submit a contact form or sign up to be a member with our website. At any time a customer may withdraw consent to sharing this information. If the customer does not provide the requested information then we will not sell to the customer or provide any services to them.

PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

Customers may only purchase products from this website for personal use and NOT for resale. When placing any order you certify that you are purchasing these products for personal use and not for any type of resale. We reserve the right to refuse any orders for any reason without explanation.

SHIPPING

All shipping prices are determined through USPS calculated shipping to make things more convenient and fair for our customers. On occasion we will offer deals in which the cost of shipping will be free, on those occasions that fact will be clearly stated at checkout and if it does not then it is the customer's responsibility to contact us before finalizing said deal if said customer expects free shipping. In all other circumstances shipping prices will still be determined through USPS calculated shipping.
All orders are fulfilled through USPS
Please allow up to 14 days for order verification, processing and shipping. The average time for delivery ranges anywhere from 5-14 days.
If an order is placed on the weekend then said order will be shipped on the next business day. For example, if an order is placed on a Friday after 5pm then said order will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Normally your order will be 9.5 X 12.5 inches in size (just big enough to not fit in the average size mailbox) so be sure to keep on eye on your front porch in the days leading up to your package's arrival! We package and protect your art as much as we can but even that thorough packaging wont protect it from rain and humidity after a certain amount of time left out. We are not responsible for any damages sustained by an order left out after delivery.
We currently ship our products anywhere within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally but hope to do so in the future.
If a tracking number has been provided to us by USPS we will send the customer an email upon shipping their product order and upon receiving said tracking order.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Any returned item must be in it's original condition and original packaging. Once a return is received and inspected to ensure no damage has been sustained we will notify the customer who requested a refund of the approval or rejection of said refund. If customer's refund is approved then it will be processed and the amount paid will be returned to customer's credit or debit card as soon as possible according to the terms and conditions down below. If approved please allow up to 14 days to process and receive refund.
We do not accept any refunds after 21 days from the ship date.
If a customer hasn't received their order at all and it has been more than 14 days since the order was placed then the customer must contact us down below. If, upon investigation, their package has been lost during the shipping process we will gladly send a replacement free of charge. If the customer desires a refund instead of a replacement we will give them a partial refund. The refund will be the price of the product minus the initial shipping cost.
If the customer's order has been damaged during the shipping process we will gladly send a replacement. Customer must contact us down below as well as send photo documentation of the damage before being able to receive a replacement. If they desire a refund instead of a replacement then they must contact us and send photo documentation. If approved, customer will receive a refund. Again, said refund will only be approved when sent photo documentation of damage sustained during shipping.
If a customer desires a refund because they do not like their product upon receiving it then we will be glad to offer said customer a refund. If that is the case then they must contact us down below and ship the product back to us. Once we receive the product we will finalize the refund. The customer is responsible for the second shipping cost. SKETCHY ARTISAN is not responsible for said cost.
If a customer desires a refund for any other reason they must contact us down below and communicate their reasons. We will gladly listen to any customer's grievance with their order and negotiate a solution.
If a customer needs to cancel an order or made a mistake in which item they ordered they must contact us down below and we will authorize the cancelation. Orders may not be canceled after they have been shipped. Customer will receive an email notifying them when their order has been processed and shipped.

SALES TAX

As a business that resides in Texas we are legally obligated to collect sales tax on all taxable goods (which we do sell) from all Texan residents. We are obligated to collect and report on said taxes and give that money to the state. We are licensed to collect this for the state of Texas. Said tax percentage can range anywhere from 6.25% to 8.25%.
